今天是2014/1/18

 

1.因為急急忙忙跑出去上一整天的課,(I cannot type in chinese suddenly because of problems of computer, what the dash!)

 

yes , so that I guessed I would have no time to go to field and jog. therefore, I had been doing a interesting exercise today, especially when  waiting for the bus.

It was, standing straightly , tightening belly and ass muscles extremely, extremely and extremely. Keeping doing it for 10 mins.

(噢 我可以打中文了突然 電腦怪怪的)

 

今天的公車都讓我等好久,於是維持僵直狀態好久的時間,有效撫平我的肚子。

 

2.我畫了一張圖,算新鮮。

3.回家為了抓個沒運動的平衡,我買自助餐的青菜33塊而已 有花椰菜、番茄豆腐、菠菜、香菇木耳 自己煮十穀米

配著韓劇,不知不覺就到現在了呵呵。
